Chapter 129
“Are you still playing nice with me? Daisy looked at her a little annoyed, and asked, “Did you find your
mom? Need my help?”
1 found her, she’s at the Mercy Grove Hospital But all of Leah’s people are there, I can’t even get close
Unless she was completely sure, she wouldn’t dare go there.
‘She’s really there. Allison, just wait, I’ll go there tomorrow. Those people know you, but they don’t
know me. They’ll let their guard down if I go
Daisy went to Mercy Grove Hospital the next morning
She had her driver pretend to be a patient with mental issues and even got a doctor’s appointment.
“Doctor, my uncle often suffers from insomnia and talks in his sleep. Can you give him a thorough
checkup?” After handing off the driver to the doctor Daisy excused herself to the restroom and left

seemed to be long term residents. There were only staircases, no elevators. She checked each floor
until she reached the sixth, where she found the staircase locked and blocked off by a metal gate.
She walked downstairs and asked a janitor “Why is the sixth floor locked?”
The janitor, a gossip, said, “I’m not sure, it’s been locked for over a month. I heard there’s a patient in
there, and no one’s allowed on the entire sixth floor.”
Daisy laughed saying “Well, that makes your job easier, one less floor to clean.”
The janitor laughed too ‘Not really, I still have to clean it every two day”
The Janitor seemed to like Daisy and started chatting with her. “I heard from a nurse that the patient on
the sixth floor has kidney problems, and people come to see her every week. There are four or five
bodyguards outside, they’re really strict”
Daisy asked, “Could it be the hospital director’s relative resting here? Why else would they leave an
entire floor empty?”
“It could be.”
Daisy took out her phone and took a few pictures of the sixth floor, then left the hospital. She called
Allison and told her about the situation.
Now that Allison knew where her mother was, she needed to figure out how to get her out without
alerting Leah.
After checking everything. Allison noticed something was off.
Dr. Dylan had previously said he had two surgeries, so he couldn’t accompany her. She didn’t pay
much attention to it. At first, he texted her every day, but recently he hadn’t sent any messages for
several days.
Frowning. Allison cooked lunch at home during her day off and planned to bring it to Dr. Dylan.
She was very familiar with Healing Haven Hospital, especially the nephrology department, because she

Allison went to Dr Dylan’s office, but he wasn’t there. So she turned to a nurse on duty and asked,
“Where’s Dr. Dylan?”
“Dr. Dylan?” The nurse looked at her and asked, “Aren’t you Dr. Dylan’s girlfriend? Don’t you know that
Dr. Dylan had a problem with his surgery
Allison asked in shock, “What do you mean?”
The last time she talked to Dr. Dylan, he didn’t mention anything about surgery.
The nurse looked at her with a strange look and said. “The day before yesterday. Dr. Dylan performed
a surgery he had been preparing for half a month. But the surgery failed; there was a surgical error.
The patient’s family has filed a lawsuit against Dr. Dylan, and he has been suspended.”
“How is this possible?”
