“B–Boss…” The man whom Adam kicked leaped to his feet and stared at him with a horrified look in his

eyes. “She has a weapon!”

“A weapon?” Adam glared at the man. “That’s just for show. It’s a toy. Do you really think she knows

how to use it? After her! There’s no way she can turn

the tables on us!”

The men around him kept quiet.

Adam’s speech was rather passionate, so why was he not attacking alongside

their own two feet, leaving the vehicles behind.

He anxiously looked back and realized that there was no one around. If Claire wanted to, she could kill

When he sensed Claire moving closer, he frantically turned around and held his fists up before his

chest so that he looked like he would fight back even

as he continued to blubber.
