Monica’s call finally went through.

Anastasia heard Monica’s voice from the other end of the line but didn’t know how to begin

“Ana? Ana?”

Monica asked through the phone, “What’s up with you? Why are you calling me bright and early and

then not saying anything? Did something happen? Did Herman do something to you?”
