Chapter 829
“Mom, don’t worry too much about the future. When all of this is over, I’ll find someone for you to meet,” Lillian
teased, not wanting Abigail to be overly concerned.
Her parents had already worried too much for her, and if getting married was the only way to give them peace of
mind, she would make an effort to find a suitable partner for herself!
Rosalie received a call from the kindergarten teacher, saying that Jennifer had been involved in an incident at
school and hoped that she could go
over.
Rosalie’s heart skipped a beat. “What happened?”
“Well… Jennifer got into a fight with another child at the kindergarten, and the other child… got slightly injured,” the
homeroom teacher explained.
After some clarifications, Rosalie learned that Jennifer had fought with Wrenna in kindergarten. During the fight,
Wrenna had suffered some minor injuries, and a small section of her hair was pulled out by Jennifer. Girls often
cared about their appearance, and Wrenna burst into tears upon discovering the small bald spot on her head. She
insisted on pulling Jennifer’s hair as well.
As one was the adopted daughter of the Youngblood family and the other was the recently returned daughter of
the Youngblood family, the
homeroom teacher didn’t want to offend either side. Therefore, she could only cautiously make the phone call.
Upon hearing that, Rosalie hurried to the kindergarten. Before she could even enter the teacher’s office, she could

“You! Do you have any upbringing at all? How did your mother teach you? You and Wrenna are at least sisters. How
could you pull her hair like that? You did it on purpose, right? You… You’re so young, yet your thoughts are so
malicious…”
“She’s not my sister!” Jennifer retorted with a childish voice.
“What did you say? Wrenna is your Dad’s daughter-why would she not be your sister?” Agyness’ voice became even
sharper.
“She’s not! I only have a brother!” Jennifer retorted without hesitation.

“Fine. Did your mom teach you to say these things? How long have you been back? And you’re deliberately
excluding your sister like this? How will you get along when you grow up!” Agyness scolded harshly.
“How Jen turns out is our family’s concern, and it has nothing to do with you, Ms. Sabatini.” Guillermo’s tender voice
held a touch of coldness. “Furthermore, Ms. Sabatini, you defamed my mommy, so you must apologize to her!”
At that moment, Rosalie happened to be at the office’s door. She looked at Guillermo defending Jennifer by standing
in front of her with his small body, and her heart warmed at the sight.
Although Guillermo was usually quiet, he was a reliable child! When he chose to hold someone dear, he would be
very kind to that person! “Apologize? Guille, Wrenna is your sister, too. You used to like her a lot, didn’t you? Why
don’t you see her as your sister now? It must be something your mom told you. Did she tell you not to be nice to
Wrenna in the future?” Agyness pressured him aggressively.
Tears welled up in Wrenna’s eyes as she looked at Guillermo with a pitiful expression. “Guille, I-I’m your sister, too.
Why are you only helping her and not me?”
Guillermo gazed indifferently at Agyness and Wrenna. For the first time in his life, he felt a sense of regret. He
regretted telling Jonathan that he wanted a sister, leading him to adopt Wrenna.
He didn’t like Wrenna. When he saw Wrenna and Agyness being bullied and scolded by others while in the car last
time, he felt sorry for them. But currently, they made him feel uncomfortable.
“Jen is my sister,” Guillermo said. It was as if his sentence explained everything.
Wrenna’s little face flushed red. She wondered if Guillermo meant he didn’t recognize her as his sister just because
she wasn’t Jonathan’s biological daughter.
At that moment, Wrenna felt that Agyness was right. It was all because of Rosalie that Agyness couldn’t marry
Jonathan and that she couldn’t become his true daughter.
She particularly disliked being referred to as an adopted daughter and preferred to be called “Ms. Youngblood” or
“Guillermo’s sister.” However, since Jennifer had started attending kindergarten, no one called Wrenna “Ms.
Youngblood” anymore. When they mentioned “Guillermo’s

sister”, everyone would think of Jennifer.
There was once when another teacher visited their class and asked
Guillermo who his sister was. She had wanted to stand up, but Guillermo pulled Jennifer out instead.
“But Jennifer’s mom’s friend is a homewrecker, and her mom is also a homewrecker. When Jennifer grows up, she’ll
become one, too. Do you want a homewrecker as your sister?” Wrenna shouted angrily.
With those words, all the adults present had their expressions change dramatically. They hadn’t expected a five-

“Don’t talk bad about my mommy and Aunt Lillian like that!” Jennifer once again attempted to lunge forward to hit
Wrenna. Even though she was only five, she understood what homewrecker meant!
Rosalie rushed into the office and grabbed Jennifer aside.
Jennifer had initially wanted to resist, but upon seeing Rosalie, she quickly started to explain, “Mommy, I was being
good today, but Wrenna said that you and Aunt Lillian are both homewreckers. I told her to stop, but she insisted on
saying more and even dared me to fight her, so I did!”
Jennifer articulated the sequence of events quite intelligently, while cleverly clearing herself of blame. She made it
clear that she didn’t want to fight but was provoked by Wrenna!
Rosalie examined Jennifer’s face. There were some marks on her little face, but they weren’t serious—just some
minor scratches commonly seen in children’s fights.
On the other side, Wrenna had some similar scratches on her face, but they weren’t severe either. The serious
issue was the teacher’s account of the bald patch caused by the hair-pulling. It happened to be at her forehead,
creating a peculiar and unattractive appearance.
Wrenna seemed slightly frightened when she saw Rosalie’s arrival and unconsciously clung to Agyness’ waist.
Agyness smiled at Rosalie and said, “It’s just childish talk, Rosalie. I hope you don’t mind.”
“Of course, childish talk doesn’t bother me. However, I’m quite curious to know who said these things to her. It
can’t be that she suddenly said such things for no reason,” Rosalie responded with a light smile. Her gaze, however,
was sharp as she fixed it on Agyness.
A hint of embarrassment briefly crossed Agyness’ face. “Perhaps it’s because of the widespread access to
information nowadays. You know, children see certain things in the news, and they might mistakenly believe it’s just
like what they’ve seen in those reports.”
