Chapter 28: A Great Time Turned Into Chaos
The guards opened the door for us, and we were allowed to enter the club.
Stepping inside, I was taken aback by the intense heat and unpleasant smell that filled the air. Although it was initially bothersome, I eventually grew accustomed to it.
Anxiously navigating through the tightly packed crowd, the three of us made a path for the counter. Without hesitation, we downed shot after shot of vodka. There was no room to move which made me so annoyed. A massive amount of strangers were all cramped inside a small building, I didn't get why that was fun for people.
Darjan and Eman hit the dance floor while I struggled to cope with the deafening music that made my head throb with pain. The strobe lights relentlessly flickered into my eyes, and coupled with the alcohol, making it difficult to enjoy the experience.
In search of a place where there weren't so many people, I found a chair in the distance and took a seat.
While observing the people from far away looking at them having fun, a stranger approached me, seemingly aware of my discomfort. "Hey, are you okay? You don't seem well," he asked with concern.
"I'm fine, I just had a bit too much to drink," I dismissed him, shrugging off his inquiry.
"That happens a lot here. Can I bring you some water to help you feel better?" he offered kindly.
"Nah, that's alright. I just need to relax for a bit," I responded.
"Well, if you need to relax, I have something that might help you," he uttered, his voice carrying a hint of mystery.
Intrigued, I asked, "What's that?"
He reached into his pocket and pulled out a pill. At first, it looked familiar, and after a moment, I realized why: it was one of the ecstasy pills my men were selling.
"You want it? It's an ecstasy pill, bound to induce euphoria and all that. Familiar with it?" he asked.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇt"Of course I know, and for how much are you selling one?"
"15$, That's the cheapest you'll find here," he boasted.
"That lying bastard I am the one who sells Ecstasy pills the cheapest in Trbovlje" I fumed inwardly, infuriated by his audacity. "Hahaha, the cheapest you say? Well, I'm not interested in drugs," I replied, disguising my anger.
"Why bro, just try it once it won't hurt you."
"No man, I don't want it."
"Come on just try it." he said attempting to put the ecstasy in my mouth.
I forcefully pushed him away and stud up from my chair, shouting, "I don't want it fucker!"
He appeared somewhat annoyed but left without saying a word.
After a while of sitting, I finally started to feel better. I stood up and headed to the dance floor, where I danced to my heart's content, completely losing myself in the music. I was having such a great time that I forgot I was even with Eman and Darjan. It wasn't until a couple of hours had passed, and I went to the restroom, that I stumbled upon them.
"Yo Dionis, where were youuu?" Eman slurred, completely wasted.
"I wanna puke," groaned Darjan, who after vomited all over the floor.
Even though I was wasted as fuck, I sensed that something was wrong. Both of them were acting strangely.
"Hey, you bozos, look at me in my eyes," I demanded.
"What?" slurred Eman, burping loudly.
I grabbed Eman's cheeks looked at his eyes and noticed that his pupils were dilated to the point where his irises were barely visible. I realized at once that the two of them bought ecstasy from that shady stranger.
Disappointed I scolded Eman "Are you fucking stupid Eman? how can you eat something a stranger in a fucking club gave you" Turning to Darjan "And you too Darjan clean your fucking puke up and get out of the bathroom."
"SuRe BoSs" he stood up and started walking to grab some tissue, but as he stepped forward, he stepped on his own vomit falling down and knocking himself out cold.
"YoOoO DioNis Diidd You see Him FalL haHhahHha" Eman laughed, finding the whole situation more hilarious than anyone should.
"Shut the fuck up Eman! don't you fucking see he is knocked out" I snapped, rushing to Darjan's side, my open palm met his cheek repeatedly until he finally stirred awake.
"Ugh my hEad HurTs" Darjan moaned, holding his head and sitting in his vomit.
"No shit man stand up let's go home, this shit ain't fun no more." I said while helping him get up.
Exiting the bathroom, our original intention of going home dissolved into thin air as Eman, still under the influence, suggested yet another shot. Succumbing to the temptingness of a momentary thrill, we returned to the bartender and threw back more drinks. While drinking and laughing we completely forgot that we wanted to go home, but then a girl with short dark hair approached us.
"Hi~ my name is Sophia I just noticed you guys from a far away and seemed fun to hang out with." She said, her gaze fixed on Eman, giving me the impression that she was interested in him.
"Yo my name is Dionis and these two are my friends Eman and Darjan" I introduced myself and my boys, to Sophia. Offering a drink, I invited her to join us, and she settled herself beside Eman.
They started talking, leaving Darjan and me feeling a bit left out. Without saying a word, I grabbed Darjan and walked away. Eman confused to why we were leaving, looked at me, but I only winked at him and the two of us left to dance, he seemed to understand my intentions smiling back.
"You smell like shit Darjan, all your puke dried onto your clothes." I said while walking to the dance floor.
As the sun began to rise and people started leaving the club, Darjan and I also decided it was time to go home. The alcohol for me and ecstasy and alcohol for him was wearing off, and we were no longer in the mood for partying.
We looked around the club for Eman, hoping to leave with him, but he was nowhere to be found. After five minutes of searching, we were about to give up and just go home, but luckily we found him just before leaving in a corner of the club, with Sophia and a couple of men cornering them.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmWe sprinted toward them ready to defend Eman.
"Yo what the fuck is going here?" Darjan asked pushing the men away.
"This fat ass is hitting on my chick, fool" one of the men sneered, revealing himself as Sophia's possessive boyfriend.
"If the bitch want's Eman then fuck off!" I shouted back.
however the boyfriend ignored my statement and grabbed Sophia aggressively, dragging her with him. Tears streamed down her face as she pleaded for Eman's help and of course the soft hearted Eman immediately helped her by punching the boyfriend in the mouth.
Both sides were frozen, but it didn't last long as the boyfriend's friends started punching Eman back without hesitation.
Darjan grabbed a vodka bottle and hit one man on the head making his head bleed and fall to the ground unconscious.
[BOOM!] [BANG!] [BOOM!] [BOOM!] [BANG!]
A big fight broke out, and all of us started fighting. Punches were thrown left and right, Darjan getting knocked out first.
It seemed like we were going to lose the fight when the security guards arrived and attempted to stop the fight. However, instead of stopping the fight, One of the guards got punched, and they all started swinging back. it became an all-out brawl, with tables and chairs being smashed, bottles being thrown, and people getting knocked out left and right and center.
Finally, after a lot of pain and destruction we heard the police siren. So the fight quickly ended and all the men started running away from the fear of the police, Eman noticed Sophia standing on the sidelines, crying and trembling in fear. He ran over to her and hugged her.
"It's gonna be alright," he confronted her, taking her hand in his.
"I don't know what to do," she said, tears streaming down her face. "I thought I was going to die."
"You're safe now," he reassured her, pulling her into a warm embrace. "We're going to get you out of here and make sure you're okay."
Sophia looked up at him with gratitude in her eyes, and for a moment, they simply held each other, finding comfort in the silence.
I couldn't handle the over sentimental conversation, so I interrupted "Eman, grab the girl and let's get the fuck out of here before the cops bust our asses!"
