Since they haven’t seen each other for a while, the principal of Creston University made small talk with

Sheila then sent a picture of several brand–new designer bags.

Ellinor smiled faintly, replying, “Good luck!”

Without the jealous response she hoped for from Ellinor, Sheila’s boasting felt like punching cotton.

She sent another message, “Ellinor, no matter how hard you try, you’ll always be an ordinary

illegitimate child! Don’t even dream of surpassing me, you’re not worthy!”

Ellinor didn’t care about Sheila’s shallow boasting and arrogance. What she cared more about was how

to explain to the principal about the absence of her parents at Monday’s graduation ceremony…
