When Frederick cthrough the door, he found Alicia in a daze, curled up on the couch. Her clothes were too thin, and her long hair was scattered everywhere. She looked rather lonely. He found a robe. He walked towards her as he frowned, "Why didn't you wear something thicker?" He reached out to touch her arm, and it was cold. Then, he pulled her into his arms and rubbed her arms as he draped the robe over her shoulder. He then carefully examined the wound on her back, "You can't even take care of yourself!" She did not feel cold initially. Now that she was in his arms, all she could feel was warmth. She took a glance at the clock and realized that it wasn't even 9:30 pm. She could not help but smile.

"What is this?" She asked.

"Crab roll! It's pretty delicious. Before I left, I ordered a portion and brought it back for you! It's best eaten fresh. Try it!" He remembered how much she loved crab, so he was sure she would love it.

The strong aroma of the food awoke her appetite. Coincidentally, she did not have anything for dinner. She then reached out for the packet of food. Before Frederick could cup with a way to persuade her to eat, she had already picked up a roll and stuffed it into her mouth.

"Wow, there's a lot of crab meat in it without any juice. It's delicious!" He glanced at her in disgust. Then, he took out a few napkins and wiped the oil stain from her lips as he said, "You're so sloppy! Why don't you use a fork?" "It's much better to eat it with my bare hands! Haha! Frederick..." She pushed the plate over to him and motioned for him to take one too.

When he saw how heartily she was eating, he smiled and said, "I've already eaten! Slow down. Don't choke!" Although she wasn't skinny, he always felt that she was too thin.

He then adjusted the robe on her, stood up, and headed into the kitchen to get her swarm water. He hardly saw her eat this much at night, especially supper. He was a little puzzled. "Did she not have her dinner? Or was she really enjoying the food?" He asked himself.

A trace of doubt flashed. He did not want to say anything, afraid that it would disrupt her appetite. He changed out of his work attire and headed into the bathroom to take a shower.

When he emerged from the bathroom, she had already devoured four out of the eight rolls he bought her. Alicia stood up and quickly cleaned up the mess. She then said, "I'm so full! I'm going to brush my teeth..." Once she was done washing up, Frederick was still fiddling with his phone on the couch. She walked over to him with her bulging belly and nestled in his arms. She didn't disturb him. She shoved her feet under the pillow and rubbed her belly with her hands. She sat there in silence, feeling genuinely blessed. He then replied to his messages with one hand while the other was wrapped around her shoulders. After replying to all his messages, he turned around and saw her checking out her bulging belly. It was as if she was wondering how heavy it was.

He chuckled and said, "How far along are you?" She turned over and sat up, half-kneeling. She reached out and covered his mouth with her hands as she said, "Are you making fun of me? You are! You're not allowed to make fun of me!" He kissed her hands then pulled her into his arms and gently rubbed her slightly bulging belly.

"I love your personality more than how you look! Ally, I'm very happy when I'm with you. Therefore, you shouldn't look down on yourself! I will not love you any less because you're fat or not beautiful anymore. I will not fall in love with someone else just because they are slimmer or more beautiful than you. I like it when you're a little plump. If you're happy, I'm happy!" Only when they were both relaxed with each other would their relationship last longer. He only wanted her to be healthy so that they could grow old together and watch the sunset together, hand in hand. That would be the most beautiful life! "I know you wantto be healthy and active!" She leaned towards him, then wrapped her arms around his neck and nestled in his arms. She agreed with him but she knew that appearance was important to a woman because she was convinced that men fall in love with their eyes. The more beautiful they were, the more pleasing it was! However, she was very touched by what he said! "Your birthday is just around the corner. Why don't we throw a party? What do you think?" Alicia sat up straight and said a little slowly, "Oh right! I'm growing a year older!" Unknowingly, she had been with him for nearly a year! That year was full of sorrow, joy and anger. It had been quite a ride! She shook her head.

"I don't want a party or anything huge. I just want you by my side. I want something simple. As long as we can have fun with our families, I'm satisfied!" She said.

Frederick pinched her face. She was easily pleased. He felt a little sorry for her and said, "Alright then! As you wish! Oh, by the way, can you make stfor this weekend?" "Huh?" "I've arranged to have our wedding pictures taken. I'll follow you to pick your wedding dress! We have to get everything ready before the wedding! We will not be taking any outdoor pictures. We'll only take it when we go to France for our honeymoon!" "Alright then! Then, why did you leteat so much? Why didn't you tellearlier? At least I could have gone for a facial or gone on a diet! The rest of my life..." She suddenly raised her eyes when she mentioned the rest of her life. Only then did she recall that she had already worn a wedding dress and had taken wedding photos before. However, before she could put her money on forever, everything turned to dust before it even began.

When Frederick saw the sudden ebb of excitement in her eyes, he immediately knew what she was thinking. He lowered his head and kissed her on the lips as she said, "As long as I'm alive, even if I have to crawl, I'll crawl to the wedding. I'll never leave you alone!" He held her tightly in his arms.

"In fact, I'm very grateful. I'm grateful that he gave you up. God sent you to me. I'm grateful that I am marrying you, and I have an excuse to keep you! Ally, you've changed my views on women. You have no idea how much you mean to me..." He said.

He wasn't as apprehensive towards women anymore. He wouldn't take revenge on women who offended him anymore. That was because he had her, and he had someone to worry about. He was afraid that he would bring her trouble! He did not want her to get hurt because she was with him!

"If one day, we really break up for sreason, don't give up easily and don't doubt how I truly feel about you Even if I said that I want a break up or a divorce, it must be that i I temporarily lost my memory. You must not believe it. Let's make a promise. Unless I tell you that I do not love you anymore ten times in a row, otherwise, even if I say it, I don't actually mean it. Regardless, it does not count!" Frederick leaned his forehead against hers. Deep down, he was afraid of losing her.

He had no idea whether he was overwhelmed by the fact that he was about to get married, or there were too many things happening recently. He had a faint fear that was constantly lurking in his heart. "Ten times? Haha. Anybody who hears this must think you're crazy. How can you say something like that? It feels like you're going to leave me!" She unconsciously wrapped her arms tighter around him.
