Chapter 1512 Not a Good Match
Before Cindy could say anything, Naomi piped up from beside her, “Who are you?”
The two girls ignored Naomi and turned to Cindy again. “You’re just an ordinary person. Don’t you realize that
you’re not a good match for Ian at all? You’re just going to affect his career if he continues to be with you, so stop
pestering him.”
Meanwhile, Cindy couldn’t help it and she smiled. “Who are you to tell me what to do? Do you know Ian personally?
Are you able to make decisions on his behalf? Or do you have a good understanding of his job and you’ve got
everything all planned out for him?“
After she had said that, she snorted in laughter. “If you don’t meet any of the above, how on earth do you have the
audacity to come forward and interfere in someone else’s matters?”
Evidently, the girls hadn’t expected Cindy to refute them outright so they were quite indignant. “How would Ian like
someone like you with such a horrible personality?! It must be just for shows and this is just a publicity stunt!”
Cindy maintained her smile but deep down, she thought, They’re quite right in their guess! Well, it’s true and it’s all

However, Naomi, who was standing by the side, had enough of their nonsense. “Do you have a boyfriend? If you
do, then you should break up with him as soon as possible. You’re not a good match for him. Furthermore, with
such a personality, you would have a negative impact on him and would definitely affect his relationship with his
friends. I reckon that you would have a bad impact on his job too. Pay heed to my advice and you should go back to
school to work on improving your intelligence level. Don’t come out in public and become a nuisance. You should
really learn some basic manners before entering the society.”
Upon hearing that, the girls glared at her. “What has this got to do with you?”
Naomi smiled in response. “Then what has their relationship got to do with you? Nowadays, those who proclaim to
be fans are quite amusing. You don’t even know your boundaries. Who are you to self-righteously interfere in
someone else’s relationship?! Who do you think you are anyway?!”
At that point, the girls were fuming mad, and they directed their phones at both Cindy and Naomi as they continued
to film the two while giving a commentary at the same time. “Take a look at this person’s behavior. She’s not good
enough for Ian. They should break up. Let’s all boycott her so that Ian will dump her as soon as possible!”
At that moment, Cindy realized that she must have encountered some crazed fans of Ian. She had always
maintained a motto of never explaining herself to fools.
Therefore, in this case, she should try and get away from them because their low intelligence level would adversely
affect her too and it would be unfortunate if she dropped to their levels.
And so, she turned around and said to Naomi, “Let’s go. We should just ignore them.”
Naomi snorted at the two girls before leaving. She made quite a loud noise, so it was definitely recorded into the
video too.
After the confrontation, the two girls stopped following them but the encounter had affected Cindy and Naomi’s
moods.
Hence, they didn’t stay on for too long at the square, thereafter making their way to the shopping mall instead.
A while later, Naomi was still quite upset and she complained, “These people are so ridiculous. Their lives are not
exactly perfect, yet they’re here trying to interfere in others’ lives. The audacity of them!”

Meanwhile, Cindy merely smiled. “It’s quite normal. There are some fans like that. They’re quite young after all, so
they’re not mature in their ways and can be quite self-absorbed.”
Nonetheless, Naomi remained slightly unhappy about it. “Well, this is just a common courtesy that everyone should
have. I reckon those who could come up with such words aren’t just young and immature, but perhaps brainless.”
Cindy patted Naomi’s shoulders in response and said, “It’s okay. Don’t be upset about this. Look at me—I’m
perfectly fine with this. I'm just treating all this as a joke.”
However, this was the first time that Naomi had encountered such an incident, which is why she wasn’t as
accepting as Cindy. “I’m angry on your behalf. It’s disgusting enough to encounter even one such incident and I’m
sure you must’ve had many such experiences. Gosh! I can’t believe that I was envious of you previously. Come to
think of it, your life’s quite tough too.”
Cindy quickly clung onto Naomi’s arm and the former leaned her head on the latter’s shoulders before rubbing
against it. “Exactly! Everyone thinks that I’m living a flashy life but I’m the only one who knows the kind of life I’m
going through.”
Naomi turned around to glance at her and replied, “Well, it’s not as bad as that. You do have quite an impressive
life because you’ve got Ian. I know that it’s not easy but honestly, I would be quite willing to exchange positions with
you if that were possible.”
As soon as she said that, she laughed out loud and continued, “I would be willing to face all this unfairness if I was
granted someone like Ian.”
