In the Black Hell City of the Tomb Star Cluster...
"What did you say?"
Ervin jumped from his seat in a sudden frenzy, his eyes bulging in disbelief. "All the men we sent to the Immortal End World have
been slaughtered?!
Impossible! That place is peopled by weaklings.
There is no way they could have defeated our men."
He walked up to a black-robed man and asked, "Are you certain about this?"
"lI am quite sure, Prince Ervin," the man answered timidly.
"I handled the investigation myself. Our men were indeed defeated by the creatures of the Immortal End World.
We can no longer discount them as a weak world.
There is fervent talk that Austin and the Eight Stone Saints' power had reached the sect ancestor level.
Austin also has two terrifying servants from the giant race siding with him.
Devil Ancestor Thanos of the Evil Abyss World, Evil Shadow King and Damon have stayed in the Immortal End World all this time.
At this rate, the Immortal End World is bound to rise as a great power in the universe.
If we want to destroy it, we need to send more powerful troops to launch the attacks."
"Even if you say that, | still do not believe that Austin had the ability to overpower all the men | sent there!"
Ervin roared, indignant.
"I sent about sixty sect ancestors to the Immortal End World!
| refuse to believe that he managed to vanquish them all!"
"Prince Ervin, the man is hunting our men down as we speak," the man in black said carefully.
"He is backed up by the army of the Immortal End Alliance. Their morale is rather high.
We must nip their forces in the bud and get rid of Austin. If we do not deal with him sooner, he will keep getting in the way."
"Yes, | see what you mean.
| would like to see what this Austin is capable of.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtSend stop masters to assassinate the bastard!
Once he's eliminated, we can focus on dealing with this so-called Immortal End Alliance army.
| want you to send a message to the underworld. Tell them we need more masters.
I will turn this backward universe up its ass if it's the last thing | do!"
Ervin's face was flushed as he swallowed his fury, his eyes glowing livid as he barked out his instructions.
"l understand, Prince Ervin!"
the black robed man uttered before scurrying off to relay his orders.
Meanwhile, there was another star cluster.
Endless huge camps littered over the sky.
From afar, they looked like rolling white hills.
This was, in fact, the temporary headquarters of the Universal Allied Army.
It had been fighting the troops of the underworld recently.
It had been a constant war between the two armies, spanning several hundred battles, with neither ever emerging as the victor.
In one of the larger tents, a dozen top masters sat in assembly. Their ranks included the leaders of the Heavenly Palace, the Yaksha
Palace, and the Sword Palace, as well as the owner of Star Island.
A scout stood in front of them, delivering his reports.
He was a middle-aged man, who had the strength almost equal to that of a sect ancestor's.
He was, however, much inferior to them in terms of position. In that respect, he was only qualified to run their errands.
He gave his accounts regarding Austin and the Immortal End Alliance.
When he was done, a pregnant silence filled the tent.
Everyone was wearing similar expressions of shock and disbelief.
"Are you sure about this?"
the leader of the Yaksha Palace asked the scout.
"Austin destroyed a team of over fifty sect ancestors?"
"Yes, sir. | sneaked into the Immortal End World and heard it myself; it cannot be untrue.
According to those eyewitnesses to the battle, Austin and the Eight Stone Saints displayed a strength to match the sect ancestor.
He slaughtered many masters of the underworld on his own.
His show of power was said to be very impressive."
The tent fell silent again.
The top masters were having a hard tdigesting this information.
A young man appeared out of the blue, and all of a sudden managed to reach their level and wreak so much damage. It made
them uneasy.
Not to mention, there were people among them that had matters to resolve with Austin, the leaders of the Yaksha Palace and the
Sword Palace in particular.
The two of them hated Austin to the core, and bore something akin to a yearning for his death.
To say these news made them unhappy was a gross understatement.
They were disappointed by the turn of events, and it only added fuel to the rage they had been nursing.
"If we do not do something," the leader of the Sword Palace huffed, "soon there will be no one in the universe who could defeat
that bastard!"
A sharp sword radiance thrummed all over his body, and his eyes were bright with his killing intent.
"You're right," the leader of the Yaksha Palace nodded in calm anger.
"This Austin has becarrogant and self-conceited. He seems to be reveling in his bloodlust. He has no qualms in killing anyone
who offends him even the slightest.
This development on his part is definitely not good news for us.
He needs to be disposed of as soon as possible!"
"I concur!"
the owner of Star Island joined in.
"If we allow this to continue, this Austin will beca threat to our entire universe.
We must not delay in exterminating him."
"Let us not be too hasty," a top master interjected. "The underground has been slaughtering the creatures in this universe. They
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmwill stop at nothing until only their world and race remains.
We lack capable men. It will be a waste for us to lose a powerful man like this Austin, without making use of his skills.
We could reach an accord to have our men join together, to battle the common enemy. This will be a better option, | think. What
say you?"
Speople expressed assent.
But of course, these people had no personal issues with Austin.
The leader of the Heavenly Palace was the first to retort.
"lI have met Austin in the past. He is indeed arrogant, and quite domineering. He often hurts others at will.
We will be taking a huge risk if we let him beca part of our ranks. | fear none of us can rein him in if he decides to let his
nature take over. | doubt he will even dialogue with us amicably, if we proposed an alliance.
For the safety and security of our universe, | vote that we should get rid of him as soon as possible."
His words carried much weight. He held great prestige among the masters, and was in charge of the Universal Allied Army.
It was no surprise that no one else offered opposing opinions.
"Since no one is objecting, I'll consider this matter settled,"
the leader of the Yaksha Palace announced with barely contained pleasure.
"I will send scouts to seek Austin out.
Once we have his location, we can make the necessary arrangements to commence the hunt!"
