In the middle of the street, Austin sat cross-legged. He took his position in front of his purplish-brown herbal pot.

Steadying his breath, he started to prepare himself for the pill refining process.

Meanwhile, Violet and the gnalso found a place in a nearby street for themselves. They selected the place where they would

sit in meditation and cultivation during the tAustin was focusing on the refining process.

After taking a deep breath, Austin raised his right hand and turned it over. Then he pressed his palm on the mouth of the pot.

A bright flcontaining the essence of the Scorching Evil Fire sprang out from the middle of his palm and fell into the pot.

The herbal pot was lit up by the raging flat once. And the temperature inside the herbal pot rose quickly.

The first thing on Austin's list was to work on a kind of level five elixir which was called the Soul-consolidating Elixir.

It was specially made for enhancing the spiritual sense, and was known for its unmatchable effect.

Austin had got the formula of this elixir from the formula collections Angus had given him. Among all of them, Austin was most

interested in that one, as he thought that consolidating his spiritual sense should be his priority.

To make sure he could get enough Soul-consolidating Elixirs, he had brought materials which were required for making more than

ten of this kind of elixir. Now, everything was in place.

Austin opened the formula in his Soul Sea and reviewed it. He was going through the steps and remembering skey points

before finally beginning the process.

When all seemed settled, he tossed the first material in the pot with a wave of his hand.

Austin spent the rest of the day burying himself in the pill refining work.

With the help of the Scorching Evil Fire--a kind of unearthly fire--he was able to speed up the process. He expected to finish his

work very soon.

One and a half days had passed, and Austin had used up all the materials he had with him for making the Soul-consolidating Elixir.

In return, he was able to successfully gather seven samples of this kind of elixir from the herbal pot.

So, the rate of output this twas around sixty percent.

Since he had beca level five pill refiner not long ago, he was quite satisfied with the result.

Planning to strike while the iron was hot, Austin continued to refine as many elixirs as possible in the next couple of days.

Other than those required for strengthening the spiritual sense, he also made many which could be used for replenishing spiritual

energy or healing.

Sof them were of level four while others were of level five.

Four days later, he had exhausted all the materials that he had brought for the process.

By the end of it all, he also had an extra amount of strong elixirs added into his Space Ring, which was a handsreward from

his point of view. . .

Having done all the work, he rose from the place. He did sstretching exercises before putting the herbal pot away.

After that, he took out the three other Space Rings. Now it was tto count the trophies of his hard work.

He had got these Space Rings from Ronald and two of his men, named Sterling and Lewis, who had cultivated at the Master Realm.

There were many treasures in these three Space Rings as well. In Sterling and Lewis' rings, he had found nearly six hundred

thousand superior vital energy crystals in total. That was in addition to smedicinal pills and elixirs.

Other than that, he had also found sjade slips with martial arts skills recorded on them.

For example, there was a jade slip in Sterling's Space Ring recording a kind of level seven martial arts skill named Starry Sky Palm.

After reading the name, Austin guessed that it was the skill which Sterling had used against him at their last encounter.

Apart from those vital energy crystals, medicinal pills, elixirs and martial art jade slips, Austin had also got an eye-catching object

from Lewis. He took it out from his Space Ring before he died.

It was a strange, colorful bead. Something that he had never seen before.

Placing it in his palm, Austin studied it carefully. It wasn't very big, and was rather round and polished. Like a pearl, it gave off a

colorful light, which was exceedingly beautiful.

But it was by no means any sort of jewel. After all, a man like Lewis was unlikely to keep a mere ornament in his Space Ring. Austin

was sure that it had to be a certain type of weapon. He made efforts to know what it was but when he had failed to figure out how

it worked, he unleashed his spiritual sense and dove into the bead.

This time, he found something. Without any difficulty he was able to find a spiritual sense mark on it. It belonged to Lewis.

Austin went on to erase the mark, and imprinted his own spiritual sense mark at the sspot.

As soon as he did that, a connection was established between him and the bead.

As expected, once his spiritual sense had been marked on that object, information about it instantly appeared in his Soul Sea.

It was called the Energy-exploding Bead. And just as its nimplied, it could produce explosive shock waves of vital energy,

which could be as strong as a strike from a Master Realm master at the premium stage when he struck with all of his might.

Austin was delighted to know this. He was joyous that he had obtained a very powerful weapon.

But then, another piece of information about the Bead was revealed.

It informed Austin that the Energy-exploding Bead could only be activated ten times. This meant that it was usable for a limited

times only.

Once the upper limit was reached, this bead would run out of its energy and one would not be able to activate it again.

Austin was a bit disappointed on knowing this. He was glad to own such a powerful weapon but its limited use restricted its

potential.

But then he thought that something is better than nothing.

Austin thought that if he used it properly, it might help to deliver a surprise blow on the enemy and seal the victory. He was sure

that not many people would be able to resist a sudden, full attack from a Master Realm cultivator.
