Cameron’s brow furrowed in concern. “How could she disappear without a trace?”

Fenna turned away with impatience. “Let’s search again,” she muttered irritably. “She’s nothing but trouble for Nathan.”

Though Sudvilla wasn’t vast, a dozen individuals combed through both the interior and exterior of the garden in search of Suzanne after her mysterious disappearance earlier that evening.

Phoebe retrieved a highly advanced tablet from her black backpack and handed Suzanne a pair of headphones, placing the device within her reach.

“This device is highly confidential and provided by our superiors. It contains detailed information about you, and only your unique iris pattern can unlock it. No one else can gain access. Why don’t you give it a try?”

Suzanne accepted the tablet, observing the iris scan prompt on the hscreen. Aligning her eyes with the camera, she heard a beep resonate. Soon, the scan was completed, and the screen unlocked.

Meanwhile, Phoebe remained nearby, vigilant and scanning the surroundings to ensure their safety.

As Suzanne perused the information on the tablet, tears welled up in her eyes, her hands trembling, her entire body gripped by shock,
