Chapter 4924
Daisy felt helpless and unsure of what to say upon seeing him in that state. She turned
and walked toward Darryl.
"Darryl!"
Daisy reached him and spoke in an apologetic tone. "Keele's actually a really nice person. I
don't know what got into him to make him act that way, trying to pick a bone with you all
the time. I hope you don't take it to heart."
Darryl opened his eyes, smiling faintly. "Don't worry; I won't."
Darryl had met plenty of people over his many years wandering the world. It would be
exhausting if he were to take every offensive thing ever said to him to heart.
Keele's expression changed upon seeing Daisy run to comfort Darryl. Just as he was about
to speak, they heard another set of footsteps from outside.
The footsteps were incredibly dense. It sounded like many people were heading their way.
The three of them simultaneously turned their attention to the main entrance.
More than ten ruffians charged into the yard. That was followed by the appearance of a
man in luxurious attire holding a young lady in his arms.
The lady had exquisite features, but her complexion was pale. She looked halfasleep and

Daisy and Keele panicked upon detecting their aura.
Keele walked forward. Plastering a smile onto his face, he asked, ’Are you here to see the
doctor?" "What else?”
As the words reverberated through the air, one of the broad, tall ruffians scowled and said
coldly, "Are you blind? Can't you see that our High Lady is gravely ill?"
Keele's heart pounded in fear when he saw the ferocious expression on the man's face,
and he refrained from speaking. He could only smile and put on an air of extreme humility.
His expression differed vastly from the arrogant jerk who had just reprimanded Darryl.
"Where are your manners?"
The young man dressed in fine attire uttered softly as he surveyed his surroundings. His
eyes lit up at the sight of Daisy before he resumed his neutral expression. "I heard that Sir
Moonshine resides in this area. People claim he is a highly-skilled doctor. My little sister
caught a terrible cold a few days ago, and there is no cure. I brought her here for
treatment."
The man yelled in the direction of the main hall as he spoke. "Sir Moonshine, please come
out and heal my sister."
The man was Hendrick Steinfield, the son of the Steinfield family a little under a hundred
kilometers from the Lunar Moon Hut. In his arms was his younger sister, Wisteria
Steinfiled.
A few days ago, while playing outside, Wisteria caught a cold. Several doctors were
dispatched to find a cure for her illness but to no avail. Hendrick learned of Sir Moonshine
and immediately arrived with his sister.
Whew...
Keele and Daisy exchanged a look.
The next second, Daisy walked forward and said cautiously, "Please don't shout, Sir. My
master is out."
Out?
Hendrick frowned, displeasure coloring his expression. "When is he coming back, then?"
Daisy gave it some thought before saying, "I'm not sure. Maybe this afternoon or tonight."
How could that be?
Hendrick panicked instantly. His sister's condition was worsening by the second; there was
no way she could wait much longer.
At the thought, Hendrick's gaze landed on Keele. "Go and get your master for me." His

Huh?
Keele stopped short. Then, he said, "The thing is, Sir, my master never tells us where he
goes. How are we supposed to find him?"
He was telling the truth. Sir Moonshine liked to wander around. However, he never told his
pupils where he would go.
At the response, Hendrick frowned. Following that, the ruffian behind him stepped forward.
They grabbed Keele by the collar, lifting him into the air.
Motherf*cker!
The ruffian's expression was murderous. "My young master told you to look for him, so go!
Why are you still talking? I'll wreck the Lunar Moon Hut if our High Lady's condition
worsens."
Keele trembled with fear; he did not dare to speak out of line. "I... I have no idea where my
master is."
Darryl sat on the porch, his expression unchanged. He was not affected by what was
happening in front of him, but the audacity of Hendrick's men made him frown slightly.
It was true that Sir Moonshine was not there. Why were they making things so difficult?
That was a little too much.
Then again, Keele deserved a taste of his own medicine.
