Evan felt a mix of pride and guilt. He had neglected Axel for too long, only now realizing the boy’s rare

genius.

Suppressing his emotions, Evan checked the GPS location on the computer.

‘International Residence? Did Daniella commission someone for this?‘ he wondered.

Filled with hostility, he clenched his fists. ‘Did I not give her enough money or something? Why is she

using such a lowly method to hack into the company’s system so she can ask for more money?

Seeing his father’s unpleasant expression, Axel felt relieved as they reached the kindergarten five

minutes later.

After walking into the class, Axel stared at Tyler nonchalantly and said, “You shouldn’t have done that.”

Tyler smiled, pretending not to understand. “What are you talking about?”

“You hacked into my father’s company network,” Axel replied coldly.

Tyler remained calm and asked, “Are you admitting you’re skilled in hacking, too?”

Vigilantly, Axel inquired, “What are you implying?”

Tyler’s smile didn’t fade. “Angst, you’re my wealthy patron, but I can choose to hack into your

father’s company network.”

Axel panicked and warned, “My father will be furious-”

Tyler interrupted him and retorted, “Am I supposed to do nothing while he bullies my mommy?”

His smile vanished.

Axel was stunned. “Did my daddy bully your mommy?”

“Yes, he caused my mother to suffer grievances, so she had no choice but to leave the city with

my sister and me,” Tyler said angrily.

Axel kept quiet. His mind was working swiftly as he stared at Tyler.

A moment later, he said, “You’re my father’s child, too.”

Tyler answered bluntly, “Yes.”

Tyler suddenly frowned and wondered if Caroline was Axel’s mother since the bad woman was not.

Tyler said, “I’m going to add another term!”

“I can promise not to tell Daddy about you.” Axel went straight to the point by saying, “However,

you can’t stop me from reuniting with my mommy.

Tyler was rather surprised that Axel could read his mind. They were real siblings indeed.

“Sure, it’s a deal!”

In the afternoon, Caroline and Kenny returned to the company. They were exhausted after visiting

several clothing factories, but none had caught their attention.

Kenny took a few sips of water before suggesting, “We know the clothing production process very well

“We can set up the factory, but we need someone to monitor its operations, Kenny. Both of us are

needed here at the company. Which one of your subordinates would you trust to manage the factory?”

Caroline asked.

Kenny’s team was skilled in design, garment fitting, and cutting, but they lacked expertise in

managing the clothing factory production line.

Caroline felt troubled because the clothing factory was of utmost importance, and she couldn’t

entrust it to a stranger.

Kenny observed Caroline and seemed slightly displeased. “G, you seem to have forgotten how I

started in this industry.”

Caroline was taken aback, recalling Kenny had begun at the bottom of a clothing factory and had

become a fashion designer through self–learning.

Filled with joy, Caroline sat upright. “Are you willing to take over the management of the factory?”

Kenny set down his mug and replied, “I would do anything for you!”
