“Alex is so unreliable! But I still want my mom What should I do?” Aiden glanced at his

phone and then at the butler Suddenly, he waved his hand and called the butler over. “Go

tell my dad that I’m sick, really seriously sick!”

The butler was somewhat shocked “But didn’t you just say everything was fine?

Emmett spent the morning in a meeting By the time he stepped out of the conference

room, it was nearly one o’clock in the afternoon. Returning to his office, Clara had already

set the meal on the table in the lounge.

“Mr. Melendez, please have your meal.”

It was probably the most nervous meal Clara had ever had.
