In a very short amount of time, A group of five individuals gathered around Pride's cage, since her cage stood on of the serpents.

A bridge was created and she was walked out of the cage.

Her figure remained more beautiful than ever, and her gentle looks made Noah shake his head at the fact that she was supposedly disobedient.

A man among the five, spoke with Noah at that point allowing the red-haired lady to return with her post.

The man gave him a ring that apparently was connected to the collar that they wore around Pride's neck.

Noah could link it with his consciousness and have a connection with her.

The group saddled her and led him to the top of the building.

Of course, he had an issue when he was required to allow her to take off. He didn't exactly know how to fly a beast.

Notwithstanding, he got on her and prepared to utilize his memories of flying with elder Sarah.

'Okay now you're gonna be cool and obey me,' Noah said in his mind intending for his words to reach the beast. And it did, since she unfurled her wings, ready for his command.

'Go!' He ordered inwardly and Pride raised her wings and flapped them once to lift off.

She continued to flap her wings, gradually elevating until they arrived at a particular height.

Noah was ecstatic, to say the least, but he quickly brought out a map of the city and found the location of the exit.

Leaning forward on Pride's saddle, Noah commanded her forward and watched the world around him turn into a blur.

The wind continued to wheeze past him but he remained too busy trying to keep his balance to mind the sheer beauty of the scenery below him.

Pride was quick, he had to be honest since she arrived at the location of the exit in less than a minute.

A wide pit surrounded by six individuals, unfolded in Noah's eyes as Pride circled the spot to land on the line before them.

Individuals took turns with their various beasts to enter the pit. More flying beasts continued to arrive behind Noah as he couldn't help but understand that his ride knew more than him about that event.

She had actually landed without his command, but it was what was required.

'This might truly be troublesome,' Noah sighed inwardly. Dealing with intelligent entities was never easy.

It didn't take long till it was his turn, and one of the individuals around the pit stopped him.

"Your name and rank," The man spoke.

"Aiden. Rank C," Noah replied normally. His eyes were on Pride as she continued to open and close her mouth. Seemingly yawning.

"Where to? We need this in case you don't return," The man spoke writing something down.

"The town named Yerri. For a mission," Noah replied seeing as the man had a map at hand and ticked it.

"We haven't had anyone go there in a while," the man commented, but Noah could only remain silent.

"You can go, Thank you for your time," The official waved at Pride and she immediately began her walk toward the large steps into the pit.

The insides of the pit from above were mostly dark, and its wideness also didn't help the ting of nervousness building inside Noah.

The thing was big enough for six different beasts and still feature room for a bit of movement.

When Pride reached the edge of the pit, Noah gasped as he held onto her saddle. The darn thing looked bottomless, but beasts were entering it every now and then.

Although Noah asked her to wait, Pride dived in anyway, and Noah found himself yelping in shock.

Both their figures plunged into the darkness of the pit, and Noah couldn't help but hold on to his ride even tighter.

He could barely see his hand in the darkness, but Pride seemed to know exactly what she was doing since she suddenly folded her wings when a tinge of light reached them.

Noah yelled in astonishment at that event, but that feeling vanished when a sudden force abruptly slowed down their figure and the darkness surrounding the city began to wash past them.

The sky appeared in Noah's eyes and he gasped in shock.

Tens of beasts unfolded in his gaze. Their wings unfolded as they glided slowly towards the distant surface of Cregar. Pride unfolded her wings at some point and began to glide downwards in an arc.

Noah on the other hand was busy taking in the beauty of the world below him. Miles upon miles of land surface unfolded in his eyes as the brightness of the day illuminated everything.

It felt as though he had returned from outer space and was returning to the ground, only this time he was returning from a city in the sky.

The speed of their descent began to increase at some point, but it was red doing the work.

A bland and empty land surface stretching for miles unfolded in his eyes at some point and Noah immediately knew what it was. The wasteland below the city, but he didn't expect it to be that bad.

The crusty brownness of a completely dried-out land surface filled his eyes as Pride continued to fly downwards.

Followed by that sight was heat. The sun stood high above them and its intensity was starting to say the least. Although it didn't bother him much due to the cold layer his body featured, Noah had to admit that the intensity of the sun in that region was a tad bit over the top.

Red arrived at the surface at some point but she didn't set her paws on the ground.

The beast was boiling at this point, but Noah didn't care. He made her shoot toward a particular direction, and she did so fully.

She was so quick the heat couldn't reach them, and in no time they were out of the wastelands area of dominance, and a region lower than the wastelands unfolded in their gazes.

Greenery appeared all around him and soon a series of hills followed by plains.

Their travel took about an hour before Noah eventually arrived at his destination.

A town appeared in his sight and he couldn't help but wonder why it was situated at the center of a forest.
