"That…is confusing…" Ariel Silvertale acknowledged when she finished reading the content of the golden system notification.
They had yet to read through the content of the mission but there were already a dozen questions that flashed through their minds.
"I heard that someone's obsession can turn into a highly potent ingredient for faux Divinities…but using a planet as the main ingredient for a True Divinity…that's new since it's just one of the main ingredients. That means your other ingredients are just as potent as…the treasure trove Milarn…and it informs you that nobody will be hurt if you chose Milarn as one of the Main Ingredients for your True Divinity…that's also weird…"
Ariel Silvertale began to murmur to herself but the others could understand her words very well…well, at least, they could hear what she said.
Whether they comprehended what she said, or if it was incomprehensible content was a completely different question.
It was obvious that Dilan understood what Ariel murmured but he was also trying to understand the description of the Mystic Mission before choosing whether he would accept it or not.
Dilan didn't really like that the description looked like someone wrote it quickly to suit him perfectly but he just accepted it as it is.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtThinking too complicated in that regard would only annoy him. Thus, he would rather overthink the content of the message rather than the fact that it was written to be more compatible with his situation and character…though he didn't agree to a few points.
He was not obsessed with Milarn's safety, or the safety of his family and friends…probably…he thought…
"The catastrophe probably means that I can change the fate of the Universe, or at least Milarn, getting devoured…but why is that specifically mentioned…are the Origin or the Primordial races playing with me?...whatever…using Milarn as one of the Main Ingredients for my True Divinity without harming anyone…that would help?...turning it into my True Divinity means that the planet will destroy the moment my True Divinity ceases to exist…But that should never happen because my True Divinity will have the True Undying Essence as another Main Ingredient…will that be fine?"
Dilan was pretty sure that the system wouldn't give him a mission that could only be accessed after the birth of the first new Veil if it was something negatively.
The system's existence was something that was supposed to help the user to grow stronger in the most efficient way without losing out on any potential.
While that was something exceptional, there were also a few flaws in the creation of the system. It didn't took into consideration that Dilan's Divine Essence Crystal didn't need a faux Divinity to advance to the sixth Tier, or that he didn't want the most efficient way if it would endanger his home, family and friends.
That was something the system wouldn't usually bother about.
Thus, the mission he had been given was something that was not directly related to the Primordial Ascension's system, but it was voiced out through the system.
Or…the remarks given in the mission were a lie…
Dilan's mind was going astray because he was not even sure whether the system could lie to the user or not. The Primordial races wouldn't be bothered about the destruction of a single planet. Their only concern was that Dilan was a Fate Changer and that both he and Nial Orin had yet to attain the necessary strength to deal with the threats in the Universe…
"Can you detect if the system is lying, or do you need to hear their voices to use your Power of Honesty?" Dilan thus asked, staring intently at Ariel.
He was not sure what the Power of the Essence Angels were because not even the library inside the City of Trials had any useful information about them but the little information they had was that the Powers came from a different, larger Universe.
"I am not sure…maybe?" Ariel responded in uncertainty.
It was obvious that Dilan's question was serious and that he was not playing around. He looked at the golden message again and read through it a few more times.
The other Demi Gods and Lesser Gods in the cafeteria were still in the room but Dilan didn't take note of them at all.
He was even starting to mumble the content of the message which was enough to quiet down everyone as they wanted to listen as well.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmSome Ascenders' gasped for air, while the eyes of others widened when Dilan finished reading the content of the mission's description. It sounded a little odd, more man-made than created through the system itself but that didn't change the fact that the mission seemed to be very helpful for the creation of Dilan's true Divinity.
Even Ariel was pretty sure that no planet chosen by the Primordial Ascension had even been used as an Ingredient for the creation of a True Divinity.
The reason for this was pretty simple…. No one would allow that to happen because every planet chosen and awoken by the Primordial Ascension was a treasure trove and a planet with countless connections to places that couldn't be accessed elsewhere. At the same time, it could be considered a connection to all places in the known and unknown universe.
As long as one knew which Gates to use, it was possible to travel across the entire Universe in the blink of an eye. That was, obviously, only possible if one knew which Gates to use and if one had access to all of them.
Claimed Gates couldn't be used by anyone other than those with access. As one could imagine, the creation of a Gate itself meant that the world's core had access to the other side of the Gate, whether the Gate led to a different planet, a domain, lost ruins, or somewhere else.
With that in mind, a planet such as all the planets that had ever been chosen and awoken by the Primordial Ascension couldn't fall into the hand of one being…otherwise, that being had access to everything and the administration rights to choose who was allowed to enter which Gate.
It wouldn't even matter whether the Gates was claimed or not.
Not even the Primordial races would give someone permission to use one of the Primordial Ascension's planets as an ingredient for the True Divinity, after all, it could cause unpredictable harm to the entire Universe if used wrongly.
However, that was exactly what was just happening!
