Chapter 147 - Skill Tree Complete!-----
By adding his previously saved Skill Points, Noah had a grand total of 4405 Skill Points.
With this, he calculated that it was enough for him to max out his Skill Tree Branch of his current evolution of Level III, however, he had already assumed that to advance to Level IV, he would need to get his Stats as high as an A-Rank, just as it has been in the previous evolutions.
Which meant that he needed to have 1200 in all of his Attribute Values… something impossible without him consuming B-Rank Attribute Value Cores, which were nowhere to be seen in the market.
Not even Fernand's brother possessed the ability to buy them… as they were guarded by each Sector's Government, and if the government were to catch Guilds or Hunters saving Attribute Value Cores, they would force them to sell them.
Noah was currently harboring a ton of them, which could… even be considered illegal by these corrupt governments, but he did not care, and he gathered them so stealthily through his subordinates Blood Servants and Robots, that no one had noticed such a thing yet.
Noah also assumed that there could be the possibility that various other guilds were also harboring B-Rank Cores, which was actually true, as the Crystal Knights had a few thousands of them, although no B-Rank Cores, which Amber always consumed for herself.
B-Rank and above Hunters might be above the law, but not above others who were of higher ranks.
Even as a B-Rank who can ignore the law of governments, the government itself has many A-Rank and above soldiers ready to take anyone down… so such term was often used for other things.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtHowever, for some reason, governments did not want the free circulation of Attribute Value Cores, mostly to control the masses and not let the general public become too strong for them to control.
Putting such things into consideration, Noah needed to move cautiously if possible, and plan several steps ahead.
Without further ado, he saw his current Skill Tree branch.
[Level: III]

[Reach 1200 in every Attribute Value (Incomplete)]
Just as Noah thought, he needed 1200 in every stat.
As he learned all these Skills, Noah's mind was filled with information about these Skills.
Follow on Novᴇl-Onlinᴇ.cᴏmThe Blood Mist Skill allowed Noah to convert his own blood into controllable mist, differently than Mist Form, which converted Noah's entire body into mist which he could not control, and in which state he could not properly fight either.
He wondered if such ability could be combined with Mist Form for some kind of new mist-form fighting style.
The Blood Mist he created could be molded in many ways, and even be merged with toxin secretion to form large fogs of poisonous blood mist!
Or even infuse elixir blood into it to form fogs of healing elixir!
Or fuse it with a bloodline curse to create a mist of curses…
And many other things alongside that, although Noah would need to use his imagination a bit more.
Vitality Veil was a Skill that let Noah cover himself in a veil made of his own blood, which would cause drain damage to any enemy that hit his body or any equipment (over his body) that could be hit by it. Noah could literally stall his enemies and drain their life off by letting himself be hit.
This Skill added a new layer of draining effects on Noah's fighting style. He already was able to drain blood and vitality out of his enemies with every hit through other Skills, but now he could expand it even further by draining the vitality of those that hit him! Although this veil did not reduce damage, so he would still receive damage.
Abyssal Connection was a strange Skill, it seemed to help Noah connect with the "Abyss", a strange, interdimensional plane from which some types of Vampires acquired their powers, which were known as vampires Warlocks.
It seemed to be a mysterious Skill, and Noah needed to create this connection first, and then, seemingly be capable of summoning part of the power of entities within this Abyss, probably even to the point of gaining magic that was apart from the System itself.
However, for now, Noah kept checking his Skills before doing such a ritual.
The Kin Summon Skill was rather simple, and it let Noah summon any of his "kin" any subordinate he had "converted" into a vampiric creature, from Dhampir, Ghouls, Wights, and the Robots were also included, alongside any of his Blood Servants.
The Skill did not specify, but Noah thought that it might have no limit at all… Arthur could be at the other side of the world but by using Kin Summon, he could instantly teleport him to his side.
And last but not least, Blood Scion was another straightforward Skill, for ten minutes, Noah had the power of transforming into a Blood Scion, a four-meter-tall vampiric demon being with tremendous power, which enhanced all of his capabilities and the power of all his Vampire Skills in exchange for a constant drain of his Mana and Soul.
