All she wanted was to get out of jail.

agreeing to my condition, then?”

Luna nodded.

The reason she had agreed to Charlotte’s term was not simply because she wanted to get out of jail, but because

she could tell that Charlotte was a competent person from the way she carried herself.

This woman emanated the aura of a high-flying, stubbornly intelligent woman.

On top of that, the vengeance between her and Jim and Heather…had to be resolved somehow.
