Chapter 263
They first went into house number seven. Sure, the mansion was incomparable to Isaac's, but it was
still rather huge—there were three floors in total, as well as a front and back yard.
For Patricia, her kids, and Josephine, it was already more than enough.
"This place is massive!" gushed Josephine. "Also, look at all that space in the yard! I'd be able to make
a vegetable patch."
Patricia thought it was a good idea too. It would be much healthier to eat the vegetables they grew
themselves, after all.
The layout and surface area of the three mansions were identical, and Hendrick wasn't biased at all.
Isaac had assumed Patricia and the kids could only move in after it was refurbished, but who'd have
thought it was all set?! What was more, he could tell the pieces of furniture were in mint condition.
Patricia's grandfather genuinely treated them well, for he had considered everything.
Meanwhile, Sylvie sat in front of the piano and began playing. Since she had only been learning a little

That said, the little princess was over the moon now that she finally had her own her white piano, which
was her favorite color.
Likewise, Patricia was somewhat surprised. She thought she'd have to spend on interior design or
buying furniture or whatnot.
"Tricia, we can move in tonight itself!" Josephine gushed. "This place has everything!"
At that, Sylvie turned around. "Tricia, I want to sleep here tonight. I like it here."
"Alright, we'll stay here tonight!" Patricia smiled.
Isaac even deliberately checked the electricity, gas, water, and heater. Everything had been set up, so
they could stay the night just fine.
After standing a distance away for some time, Isaac put his hand over his mouth and cleared his throat.
"Miss Aniston, I'm hungry."
A hint of alarm immediately laced the young woman's eyes for fear that he would mention owing him
money.
Sure, she had already saved up a little, but she still couldn't bear to take the money out. Besides, the
IOU wasn't reasonable in the first place. Thus, she'd rather repay it with labor.
At that, she got up and said, "Make yourself comfortable, Mr. Arnold. Mrs. Zimmers and I will begin
cooking."
Josephine got up as well. Given how massive the kitchen was, she could certainly cook up a feast! "I'll
go and get the groceries. Where's the local grocer?"
Patricia frowned in response, for there weren't any grocers nearby. Besides, those living in this
neighborhood didn't have to worry about such things as they had household employees for that, unlike
other communities where one could find a grocer right outside.
With that, she pulled out her phone and decided to order them online.
To that, Isaac hooked his finger, beckoning Patricia over. "My fridge is well stocked. Come with me."
Josephine smiled, liking the man more and more.
They'll be neighbors from now on, and there isn't a man in this household. As such, maintaining a good
relationship with Mr. Arnold means that he can help out if anything, even if he and Tricia aren't in a

Meanwhile, Patricia caught the butterflies when she saw him beckoning her.
She couldn't believe she felt the covert intimacy between couples. Though they hadn't established their
relationship yet, they had already kissed a few times, going way past friends at this point.
After leaving house number seven, Isaac pulled her into his arms and looked down at her. "Stay in
house seven. It's right next to mine."
I can climb over if I suddenly miss her at night. This can't get any better!
While the man mused, Patricia nodded in agreement. "I also think seven's better. It's closer to you, and
there's enough natural light."
At that, Isaac ruffled her hair, his eyes filled with nothing but adoration.
After entering Isaac's place, Patricia headed straight to the kitchen and opened the fridge to pick out
the ingredients for dinner.
Meanwhile, Isaac grabbed a bottle, uncapped it, and handed it to her, to which she took a sip.
Followingly, the man took it back from her and drank from the same bottle, making Patricia widen her
eyes in response. "Isaac, I just drank from that."
